Wayne Dalton’s Thermospan^® Model 150 polyurethane-insulated, sectional steel door provides excellent thermal efficiency. Featuring an R-value* of 14.16 (U-value* of .0706), the Thermospan^® Model 150 is an excellent value when thermal efficiency is important, but strength, rigidity and durability can’t be compromised.

Continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a non-conductive thermal break between the inner and outer skins combine to provide a U-value* of .057 and an R-value* of 17.50.

Wayne Dalton’s ThermoMark™ Models 5150 and 5200 are the ideal choice if you’re looking for a commercial door that has a combination of strength and insulation, but also looks great on most buildings. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps improve thermal efficiency of a building a minimum, offering year round comfort while also helping to provide quieter door operation.

ThermoMark™ Models 5150 and 5200 are manufactured using our patented, continuous foamed-in-place technology, in which the polyurethane core is securely bonded to hot-dipped galvanized inner and outer skins. This process gives these doors outstanding thermal, strength, and bonding characteristics while creating a door that is significantly more efficient than conventional insulated steel doors. A designed-in joint seal also helps save energy by preventing air filtration.

Features such as the 18-gauge steel end caps give these doors increased rigidity, while the factory finished interior and exterior hot-dipped, galvanized skins make installation easier, add life to the door and provide greater durability. ThermoMark™ 5150 and 5200 also feature hardware plates at all fastener points to add durability and extend the life of the door.

These doors are offered in a wide array of colors and panel designs that give these doors the beauty and appeal of a residential door but meet the size and strength requirements needed for a commercial or industrial application.

The CX-series and C-series commercial steel sectional doors are designed, engineered, and constructed to assure smooth, efficient operation and to save installation time and effort. These doors feature pre-finished 20-gauge or 24-gauge hot-dipped galvanized sections roll-formed to a full unique 2” x 3” box-stile design and tongue-and-groove construction, add vertical stability and strength.

The CX-series sectional doors incorporate self-forming rivets clinched to face and rails for superior stability throughout the door making them ideal for medium, heavy-duty, and industrial commercial applications. While these doors are similar, the CX-series includes a low-maintenance design with steel and polylaminate backer options. Which will allow for a wider range of application options including warehouses, storage buildings and more. The C-series focuses on its wind load capability, meaning it has extra protection from strong hurricane like winds. Additionally, stiles are continuously bonded to the skin surface with high-strength adhesive, preventing rust and leakage associated with rivets.

Wayne Dalton’s Aluminum Full-View doors are the preferred choice when visibility and light transmission are just as important as aesthetics. These doors are weather resistant and virtually maintenance free, and are ideal for commercial applications such as auto dealerships, car washes, and restaurant patios.

Our DS Series Roll-Up Sheet doors are designed to be versatile, durable and easy to operate. Each door in the DS Series is constructed of 26-gauge, galvanized steel and features automatic door stops, a steel axle to support the door curtain and counterbalance system and oil-tempered steel springs for smooth cycle performance. With a variety of colors, options and sizes to choose from, these doors will fit almost any commercial application.

Model DS-200 is perfect for commercial applications with openings up to 16’ wide by 16’ high, such as loading docks, outbuildings and large storage facilities. 14-gauge guides allow for easy installation to masonry or steel with no special preparation or overhead tracks needed.
